Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner Electric BP9102-7512-FIM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner-Linear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Weintek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Linear such as the M1D120100A04LP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P700B20304006 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature eMT370A by Manufacturer Weintek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Wizard Brand PC16035K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 337P110G01 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 50165721 made by Wika as well as the popular 78006002 original spares produced by Whedco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EXSSW70130T5SZ by Weg and 337P110G01 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K2XG2012V08 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Linear.
